We started Unlisted after learning that small and medium-sized real estate investors are deeply frustrated with the deal-finding process.

Time and time again, real estate investors cite finding deals as the most difficult and time consuming part of their work. Many investors have taken to inefficient and expensive channels to generate deals:

1. In-house Cold Callers and Door Knockers – Investors employ their own expensive team focused on cold calling and knocking to find off-market deals.
2. **Wholesalers** – Investors use wholesalers who take advantage of homeowners and charge high fees.
3. Realtors – Investors lean on their realtor’s limited personal network to surface off-market opportunities.

Unlisted leverages technology and a team of local experts to source high quality, off-market inventory. We save investors money, time and hassle.
